Acceptance

By using StartPop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What StartPop provides

StartPop is a task management app designed to help people with ADHD start tasks by matching them to their energy level. The service includes task creation, energy-based matching, session tracking, and active-day counts. We strive for reliability but provide the service as-is without warranties of any kind.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may sign in using Google OAuth, in which case Google's terms also apply to the authentication process.

Free trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when you create your account. Trial days carry over if you subscribe before the trial ends. No payment is required during the trial.

Subscriptions and billing

• After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the app.
• Plans are billed in advance: $6/month or $54/year.
• All payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your card details.
• You may cancel at any time. After cancelling, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• If a payment fails, we grant a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue. During the grace period, you can still use the app.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after cancellation.

Your content

You own the tasks and other content you create in StartPop. We store it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — this includes attempting to bypass payment, using the service for illegal purposes, or interfering with other users' accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartPop is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account or cancel your subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Your continued use of StartPop after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
